    OVERVIEW

    We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager who is eager to lead and enhance our operational capabilities with confidence and precision. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to significantly influence the future direction of our company and potentially advance to a senior executive position.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Overseeing multiple branches- OC, IE, Fresno and Riverside
    This is a hybrid position
    Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
    Spearhead our expansion efforts into new markets, utilizing strategic planning and operational insights.
    Promote a culture of teamwork and service excellence, enhancing collaboration across all teams.
    Analyze performance metrics to guide operational improvements and achieve excellence.
    Monitor financial and operational indicators to ensure alignment with company objectives.
    Maintain our commitment to outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every interaction.
    Prepare for and support future growth by developing a robust, high-performing operations team.
    Implement and manage projects using Key Performance Indicators.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Valid driver license
    Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    At least 5 years of proven success in a senior operations management role, ideally within the facilities services or a related industry.
    Demonstrated leadership ability and strategic thinking, with a focus on future growth and opportunities.
    Experience in driving innovation and implementing strategic initiatives an procedures.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and leading diverse teams.
    Proficient in managing uncertainty and skilled in problem-solving.
    Preferably Bilingual English/Spanish speaker

    COMPENSATION
    Competitive salary: $100,000 $120,000 per year.
    Annual bonus contingent on meeting performance.
    Comprehensive benefits package including HMO, dental, vision, company automobile, paid vacation, and sick leave.
