- Outdoor environment with varying degrees of noise levels and seasonal temperature extremes
- Visit job sites; walking on uneven and rugged terrain on multi-phase construction sites
- Previous plumbing or HVAC experience is a plus
- Ability to be on your feet for your entire shift while performing manual labor
- Ability to climb ladders and maintain balance on roofs
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Work to a high level of accuracy
- Mathematically inclined; ability to do calculations
- Good communication skills
- Good hand coordination
