- Earned an undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school and knowledge of the paralegal profession.
- Licensed to practice law in the United States and a member in good standing with a state bar association, preferably the Alabama State Bar. If not a current member of the Alabama State Bar, eligible for membership in the Alabama State Bar.
- Experience practicing law in the United States.
