    Description
    Copeland is looking for a Senior Agile Software Engineer working on our flagship Health Care environmental monitoring system, TempTrak. Responsibilities will range from working to implement new and original features for this product to offering support to customers.

    Typical workdays will include adding new functionality to the application, improving system reliability, ensuring the safety and security of users through security analysis and patching, and helping customers work through complicated issues.

    The correct operation of this system is essential to the health and safety of patients receiving treatments at health care facilities, and your contributions will be counted upon to reach that goal.

    As a Senior Agile Software Engineer,


    YOU WILL:
    Work closely with the product management organization to define and implement critical new features for the health care marketplace.


    Solve difficult and challenging issues for customers to ensure TempTrak works properly in their environments, protecting both perishables and patients.


    Ensure the safety and security of hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies by protecting the security of the system through regular patching and updating of systems.


    Give customers confidence in our solution by focusing on improving system reliability and availability through monitoring and observability processes and tools.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES &


    SKILLS:
    Senior level experience in software development

    At least three years' experience in .NET, including older versions

    Good understanding of networking

    Skilled at RDBMS development and administration

    Ability to talk with customers both on a technical and support level


    Travel requirement of up to 1 week per quarter to one of our business locations, predetermined by leadership in advance.

    Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

    Experience with NodeJS, C#, VB.Net, and VB6-7

    Knowledge of PRTG monitoring tools

    Flexible Work Schedule – Remote Work Option and Core Hours

    This role has the flexibility of remote work and a core hour schedule.

    You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm (based on team headquarters time zone).

    Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.

    This role also has a travel requirement of up to 1 week per quarter to one of our business locations, predetermined by leadership in advance.

    Our compensation philosophy is simple:

    we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.

    In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $135, $167,350.00, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
