    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement hierarchical programming based on data, progress, and ongoing assessment of clients.
    • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBTs) on patient caseloads.
    • Offer family guidance necessary for programming success.
    • Maintain consistent communication with treatment team members.
    • Collaborate with external service providers as needed.
    • Analyze data and communicate findings to team members.
    • Maintain professional boundaries as per BACB standards.
    • Perform comprehensive initial intake assessments and recurring evaluations.
    • Oversee discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload.

    Requirements:

    • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for the exam within one month.
    • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), if applicable.
    • Able to pass a background check.
    • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
    • A reliable vehicle and driver's license for commuting to/from clinics.
    • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA principles.
