    System Administrator Control-M

    We are searching for an experienced candidate to join our Technology Team in California as a Control-M Systems Administrator.

    What You'll Do

    • Administer Control-M or similar automated scheduling software, including tasks like architecture design, configuration, troubleshooting, and agent installation.
    • Gain familiarity with installing and supporting Control-M agent plugins such as MFT, Database, SAP, and Informatica.
    • Assist in batch job definition, setup, and execution using Control-M or similar automated scheduling software.
    • Schedule jobs accurately based on programmer job documentation.
    • Help detect, isolate, and identify system/application issues.
    • Analyze issues in batch environments and provide solutions to NOC and application staff.
    • Assist in training other teams in utilizing Control-M tools for development and self-service environments.
    • Provide after-hours support in an on-call role for batch cycle environments.
    What You'll Need
    • Some experience with deployment of Control-M High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures.
    • Familiarity with enterprise OS and industry-standard software packages, including Control-M, BMC TFS, Git, Visual Studio, Linux, PowerShell or other scripting tools, Helix ITSM, ISPF, TSO, MVS, OPS-MVS, JCL, ISPW, Infogix, CA View, CA Deliver, CA OM Web Viewer.
    • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience).
    • Some familiarity with the design, support, and maintenance of automated scheduling and change management platforms within large enterprises.
    • Basic understanding of Agile & Kanban methodologies.
    • Working knowledge of TCP, IP, and other network protocols, as well as familiarity with DNS, DHCP, firewall, and other network services.
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors. Strong organizational skills are also a plus.

    The starting pay range for this position is:

    $104, $139,200.00
    Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
