- Review, negotiate and administer contracts with government agencies, including prime contracts, subcontracts, and modifications
- Develop and maintain CNC lathe & mill programs for a variety of parts and products.
- Train and supervise CNC Mill and Lathe operators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise.
- Help assist 2nd shift Supervisor to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of programming and machining processes.
- Ensure that safety guidelines and procedures are followed.
- Maintain/repair CNC Lathe & Mill machines as needed.
- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of CNC lathe & mill G-codes.
- Understanding machining fundamental techniques (feed & speed, choice or proper cutting tools)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience of set-up and operating CNC lathe & mill machines
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is a plus.
