    About The OpportunityAssists with the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program within our Corp IT SAP Center of Excellence (COE).

    Concentration area for this position will be within the Production Execution functions.
    Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Operations and Supply Chain Management, or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering preferredAt least three years of functional analyst or equivalent experience requiredDetailed Position Activities


    Configure SAP (IMG) for Production Execution (PE) (e.g., Order Types, ATP, Confirmation parameters, etc.)Perform detailed testing related to SAP functionality, third-party software integration and SAP Fiori ApplicationsDevelop functional specifications related to software defects and application enhancementsPerform business analysis of systems and follow through the full development life cycle.

    Educate others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules.

    Assist Lead and other Analysts in the designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions for complex business solutions as part of a high-talent teamParticipate with development of systems requirements, functional specifications, designs and prototypes, including both "As Is" and "To Be" documentation.

    Identify and define SAP application interfaces, enhancements, and conversions.
    Identify and define effective process and procedural changes to maximize application utilization.
    Recommend solutions for requirements that are not met by existing applications. (May entail modifications, enhancements and/or new software)Assist with testing, training, and implementation of practical business solutions under multiple deadlines, including user acceptance testing and end-user trainingProvide implementation start up and post-go-live supportOther duties as requiredRequired Competencies and Accountabilities


    Proficiency in SAP Production Execution (PE), with 3+ years' experience, including multiple full lifecycle SAP implementation experiencesExperience in a Manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with Shop Floor/Machine Integration into/out of SAPKnowledge of SAP database tables related to Production Planning and ExecutionExperience with nuances of Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock strategies within SAPExperience with nuances of internal, multi-plant supply chain to service customer demandPrior experience desired includes hands-on functional experience in an SAP implementation with a focus on system design and strong SAP configuration skillsAbility to analyze 'As Is" and 'To Be' business processes and identify fit/gap for business requirements against SAP system functionalityAbility to collaborate with business counterparts, having a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple business processes while further developing your careerStrong interpersonal skills - ability to develop relationships and interact effectively with all levels of the organization, considerate of opinions, sees others as partners, treats others with dignity and respect, inspires trust, follows through on commitments.
