We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service across diverse markets. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through proactive cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to cultivate new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing tailored solutions, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales potential across assigned regions.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, analyze sales data, and forecast future growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development efforts and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory insights for ongoing analysis and reporting.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with experience in account management and territory oversight.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to foster long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of technology or product sales is highly desirable, along with experience in retail or inside sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Strong analysis skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Effective communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations confidently.
