    Description

    The Receptionist is a customer-facing position responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, transferring calls, and taking messages. They play a vital role in providing a positive customer experience and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Answer phones efficiently, transfer calls, take messages, and assist customers with general inquiries.
    • Collect payments from customers.
    • Greet customers, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Replenish customer snacks and beverages as needed and maintain a clean refreshment area.
    • Maintain a positive customer service attitude and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
    • Communicate courteously and professionally with co-workers, management, clients, and others.
    • Adhere to company guidelines, regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
    • Complete all closing transaction documents at the end of the shift.
    • Balance the cash drawer receipt in the advisor payments.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • Prior customer service experience.
    • Experience handling multiple phone lines.
    Physical Requirements
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
    • Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
    • Prolonged periods of walking on a level surface throughout the dealership
