We are seeking a dynamic Elementary Interventionist to serve as a vital member of our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) team. This role provides targeted reading and academic intervention, as well as enrichment opportunities, ensuring all learners receive the instruction they need to thrive.
The ideal candidate is skilled in data-driven instruction, progress monitoring, and collaborative problem-solving. This educator works closely with classroom teachers, specialists, and administrators to design responsive support plans that accelerate student growth and close achievement gaps.
