We're looking for a bilingual Staff Trainer (Spanish-speaking required) to support the development of our amazing team who care for individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey.Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging training sessions in both English and Spanish — covering topics like medication administration, de-escalation strategies, CPR/First Aid, documentation, and more
- Provide a warm and informative onboarding experience to new hires
