    Description
    Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced, motivated DVM to join our AAHA-accredited team. This role can offer a clear path toward Medical Director for those who want to take the next step.

    To make your transition seamless, we're offering a signing bonus of up to $50,000.

    Use it however you need—relocation, temporary housing, moving services, travel, student loans, childcare, or any support that helps you hit the ground running.

    We're also happy to provide additional equipment of your choice to support your clinical interests and help you practice at your best.

    All this comes in a prime coastal location: just two hours from Orlando's theme parks and only 10 minutes from the beach.

    – 4–4.5 days per week, with no on-call or after-hours, designed to balance your needs and those of the hospital.

    – Receive expert-led, hands-on training across a variety of medical areas at our PetOne Veterinary Training Center, including one fully covered PetOne course in your first year.

    Skills and Basic Qualifications:
    1 year of experience as a DVM

    Proficient in surgery and dentistry

    Interest in leadership and practice development

    Strong communication skills

    A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.

    Licensure in good standing to practice in FL.

    Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.

    This position is eligible for production-based bonuses
