    Open Position: Full-time Patient Coordinator at Summit Orthopedics

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage patient phone calls, voicemail, and emails
    • Schedule appointments, surgeries, and urgent patient needs
    • Coordinate patient care between teams and departments
    • Support physicians and care providers with necessary documentation
    • Assist with rooming patients and initiating visits
    • Provide administrative and clinical support


    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting
    • Preferably experience in an Orthopedic clinic
    • Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
    • High school diploma or higher education in Medical Assistant or related field
