    Job Description

    Evaluating Patients

    Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. You will work closely with patients to understand their goals and objectives, and then create a comprehensive plan to help them achieve those goals.

    Treating Patients

    You will administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function in patients. This may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on proper techniques and home management. Your goal is to help patients recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions and improve their overall quality of life.

    Collaboration and Communication

    You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Effective communication and collaboration are essential in this role, as you will need to share information and work together to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

    Documentation and Compliance

    You will document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Accurate and thorough documentation is critical in this role, as it helps to track patient outcomes and ensure that treatment plans are effective and safe.

    Required Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in physical therapy, including a PT license and BLS certifications. Two years of recent experience in physical therapy is preferred, and strong communication and adaptability skills are essential.
