*WELDER/FABRICATOR

*Location: Valencia, CA

*Shift:
8AM-4:30PM (Monday-Friday)

*Pay: $20-$25hr

*ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs repairs in accordance with safety rules and OSHA requirements.
Performs all plant Fabrication needs including Injection Molding Tools.

Performs preventative maintenance inspection (PM); diagnose, repair, and rebuild major equipment/components including injection machinery, hydraulic power packs, diverters, compressors, trash compactors, motors, fans, pumps, forklifts, material loaders, and building equipment.

Maintains DEI (Daily Equipment Inspections) backlog.
Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules and advises plan maintenance manager if additional work is needed or cannot be completed with the Standard Repair Times (SRTs)
Recommends measures to improve production, equipment performance, and product quality.
Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns.

Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with corporate/OSHA Standards and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

*QUALIFICATIONS: Must have fabrication experience or knowledge of _*Mig/Tig/Arc/Oxy Acetylene/Brazing etc. and Oxygen/Acetylene torch cut and heat.*_
Experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to effectively troubleshoot and identify electrical systems including but not limited to; automated systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs) 3H Power, Transformers, electric motors, rectifiers, power supplies, disconnects, contractors, etc.
