- Supervises the daily operations of career events, data collection, marketing, public relations, and systems administration.
- Serves as the main point of contact for the Career Center when the Executive Director is unavailable.
- Oversees the selection, implementation, and management of external and internal systems to enhance the efficacy of the Career Services Management platform for students, alumni, employers, and staff.
- Collaborates regularly with other Directors, Assistant Directors, Associate Directors, Career Consultants, and the Director of Employer Development.
- Handles special assignments from the Executive Director and ensures staff completion of required training.
- Adheres to UA policies and procedures, maintaining financial accountability and establishing internal processes and controls.

The Director of Career Center Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the planning and achievement of Career Center objectives in the short and long term.
Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders is crucial for delivering high-quality employment services, including employer relations and networking opportunities for students and alumni.
Minimum Qualifications:
Successful candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with six years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with four years of experience in career advising, employer relations, or operations. Additional department requirements include a Master's degree, three years of relevant experience, and some management and supervisory experience.
