Summary :

Verigent's client is looking for an IT Technician to assist with a VoIP phone project in and around Iowa City, IA.

This position will consist of unboxing and placing phone systems on desks.


Responsibilities :
Gather requirements and provide documentation of VoIP phone systems.
Perform cross connects/patch cord installs during phone placement process.


Qualifications :
Understanding of basic phone features.
Basic knowledge of VoIP phone systems is preferred, but not required.
Ability to read floor plans and update required documentation.
Strong customer facing skills required.
The ability to multitask required.
Proficient with MS Word and Excel highly preferred.
