- Proposal Development: Write compelling grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documents, in alignment with funder requirements and organizational objectives
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT and finance departments to gather necessary information, align proposals with technical and budgetary requirements, and ensure project feasibility
- Submission and Follow-Up: Manage the submission process, adhere to deadlines, and conduct follow-ups as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of proposals, reports, and correspondence in the grants management system
- Reporting: Assist with the preparation of interim and final reports to funders, ensuring compliance with grant condition
- Grant Research: Identify and evaluate grant opportunities relevant to IT projects in the healthcare sector
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing
- Candidate must have previous experience within the healthcare or IT sector(s)
- Exceptional Writing: Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, persuasive language
- Organizational Abilities: Excellent time management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Project Management: Basic knowledge of project management principles to contribute to proposal development and execution
- Financial Acumen: Competence in developing project budgets and understanding financial reports
- Research Proficiency: Skilled at conducting thorough research to identify grant opportunities and understand funder priorities
- A Baccalaureate Degree in English, Communications, Public Health, Information Technology, or a related field
- Shift Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
