    Salary Range:
    $80,000 - $100,000 (total compensation)

    General Summary:

    The Sales Trainer is responsible for training and developing new hires on topics pertaining to all Alleviate Financial processes, policies, and debt settlement products.

    By instilling a sense of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our sales team, you contribute to a positive and thriving sales culture where every team member is empowered to succeed.


    Essential Duties:
    Prepare newly hired Debt Advisors through new hire orientationSet proper expectations for all new Debt Advisors during training, nesting period, and post-introductory periodPromote a strong Sales culture throughout the training period,Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, workshops, role-plays, and simulations, tailored to the unique needs of our sales teamTake the stage and lead dynamic training sessions that cover a range of topics, from sales techniques and product knowledge to objection handling and closing strategiesWork closely with Sales Management & internal departments on current training material and consistently update for accuracyCollaborate, as requested, with Human Resources, Recruiting, and Sales Management to help interview and select candidates for the Sales departmentAct as a "go-to" person for newly hired Debt Advisors primarily during their first 90 days of employmentConduct Sales Training class, typically lasting 4 weeks for all new hires which includes but isn't limited to, company introduction, financial literacy, sales processes, underwriting guidelines, and lead managementConduct exercise sessions for new hires after initial Sales training ends and employees move into "nesting" - sessions shall be up to 1-hour daily, and focused on topic discussionsDevelop individual coaching plans and provide assistance for all new hiresWeekly call coaching with new hiresTrack daily attendance of all new hires during trainingWhen new hire Sales training is complete, review Sales agent performance to identify needs for additional training, whether that be on an individual or group basisCollaborate with L&D Manager and Sales Management to identify knowledge gaps in relation to sales tactics, internal procedures, and product knowledge to ensure trainings are held as needed to optimize performanceCommunicate new hire KPIs including but not limited to: talk time, excessive breaks, dial attempts, notes on files, lead disposition/management, login times, conversion, active rate percentage, first pay clears, payment dates within 14 days, missed calls, deals/debt per day, general behavioral-related trendsWork with new hires on troubleshooting specific files, and train on best practices such as leaving notes for Underwriting and other internal departmentsOffer ongoing training support for updates to Company software and procedural changesContinuously coordinate with all other members of Sales Management Team regarding next upcoming Sales classAssist with timecard and attendance review of Sales trainees as directed, ensuring compliance with the Company's timekeeping & attendance policies

    Knowledge and Experience High School Diploma or GED required2+ years of debt settlement experience required5+ years' experience in sales2+ years experience of sales training & management experienceSkills and Abilities:
