    Key responsibilities include:

    • Bringing a design-centered approach to partnerships with sales teams
    • Optimizing customer requests through prioritization of new enhancements
    • Leading team members to clarity on business requirements and sequencing enhancements based on business needs
    • Evaluating technical solutions against the current tech stack
    • Documenting processes and procedures as they relate to customer use cases
    • Proactively identifying where business processes prohibit scaling at pace and suggesting enhancements
    • Crafting enablement plans, conducting end-user acceptance testing, and assisting in end-user troubleshooting

    The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce, particularly in the Sales Cloud environment, and 2+ years of experience in two or more areas related to integrations with Salesforce.

    Functional skills required include:

    • Strong social skills
    • Understanding of Territory Management, Data Enrichment, Lead Process, Opportunity Management, Sales Productivity, Forecasting, and Sales Compensation
    • Experience in translating business requirements and processes into low-friction automation and high-impact systems
    • Passion for exceptional documentation, including diagrams, standards, and project plans
    • Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner
    • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
    • Desire to learn and apply new technologies
    • Comfortable in a distributed, diverse environment, and able to work remotely and independently

    This is a base salary position with a typical starting salary range of $89,100-$140,900 USD, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
