- Interact daily with customers, service advisors, other technicians, and sales associates
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems
- Test and adjust required systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications
- Provide written and verbal information of work completed for accounting and recording
- Instill trust and confidence among coworkers and customers
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay up to date with emerging technology and standards
- Work cohesively with the management team and general manager, cultivating a positive culture within the dealership
- Toyota Dealership Certified
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- Professional experience working with various automotive systems and components including engines, brakes, electrical systems, and suspension
- Excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
