This role will involve supporting all aspects of a Women's Lacrosse program in Division I that competes in the Atlantic 10 Conference.

The ideal candidate will assist in planning and running practices and games, conducting individual skill sessions either on the field or in the gym daily, creating scouting reports with video analysis for the team and players, building relationships with high school and club coaches, utilizing ARMS software for compliance and recruiting records, and fulfilling other duties assigned by the Head Coach to foster a positive environment for student-athlete development and success.

Job Duties

- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with NCAA, Atlantic 10, and Davidson College athletics regulations by coaching staff, players, and recruits.
- **Administrative Work:** Update ARMS recruiting software, communicate with recruits, manage recruiting data, order equipment, oversee team documents, and handle game film editing tasks.
- **On-Field Coaching:** Assist in coaching, evaluate performances, and provide instruction during practices.
- **Travel Coordination:** Organize team travel arrangements and home game logistics.
- **Recruiting:** Attend events, watch videos, communicate with coaches, call recruits, and plan visits.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; Played or coached lacrosse in Division I, II, or III. Coaching experience required if no collegiate playing experience.

- Lacrosse knowledge (Division I, II, or III), computer literacy (Excel, Word, Publisher), strong interpersonal skills.
