PRIMARY PURPOSE
EZG Manufacturing is seeking a skilled welder to join our dynamic team. As a welder, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling metal structures and components. The ideal candidates should have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in welding techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Perform various welding tasks, including MIG and TIG welding, according to the project specifications.
• Knowledge of weld machines and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work order instructions, welding symbols, and operate required tools
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Operate welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to quickly and repeatedly, adjust controls of a machine to exact positions
• Measure and cut materials to precise specifications, ensuring accuracy in assembly.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust welding machines as needed to maintain good production and quality.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet high standards.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• 1 to 3 years welding experience. Welding certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in fabrication and welding
