- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and/or closing the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- POS System Expertise: Utilize and manage our Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate order processing and financial reporting.
- Service Proficiency: Serve food and drinks as needed, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Reporting: Prepare and present weekly reports to upper management, detailing performance metrics, staffing needs, and operational updates.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an Italian cuisine setting.
- Valid Food Protection Certificate License
- Bilingual(Spanish) HUGE plus.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must have professional attire.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
