    Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM (May require occasional OT)

    ROLE IS 100% ONSITE (1 remote day per week permitted)Eligibility to convert:

    30 min MS teams VIDEO interview, along with a 30 Min On-site/or MS Teams Video with the business partner.

    Job Description ResponsibilitiesManage and consolidate master financial dataDirect financial support, analytical, reporting, budget templates including the coordination of all the financial requirements/data templates and system uploads (AOP, weekly/daily forecasts and monthly / quarterly management reporting cycles)

    Prepare MBR/QBR templates (Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews) with analysis and commentary to reflect the state of the businessReport performance vs.

    budget and forecast to managementWork closely with the Accounting organization in financial statement reviewsSupport monthly close including reconciliation of results to management reporting system (Hyperion).

    Provide internal reporting and reviews with departmental management to support financial reporting activitiesReclassification of cost center charges as neededContinuously update revenue and expense forecast dataSupports development of Annual Operating Plan P&L at a site level and completion of the ongoing forecasts site wide and across the geographiesPrepare financial model for New Product introduction projects or other ad hoc projects to assist decision making processPrepare, co-ordinate and distribute the monthly and quarterly management reports for actuals, plan & forecasts emphasizing historical results, budgets, forecasts, and trendsCreate and analyze the monthly, quarterly results and AOP to ensure financial information has been recorded accuratelyPerform actual to budget variance analysis, providing business commentary and highlighting key risks/savingsPerform various ad-hoc analysis as required by the businessRecommend process improvement optionsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field3 years of work experience in Finance or Accounting, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysisStrong analysis and analytical thinking skillsStrong skill set in MS Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPointIndividual must be professional and able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization while consistently delivering accurate work products and managing multiple deadlinesKey hiring criteria will include but are not limited to:
    Exceptional financial analysis skills
