    Description

    We are currently looking to fill a position at a local warehouse for a warehouse associate, with the opportunity to transition to a counter sales role.

    Warehouse responsibilities include:

    • Prepare and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup as per schedule (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, shipping)
    • Receive and manage warehouse stock items (picking, unloading, labeling, storing)
    • Conduct inventory checks and maintain high quality standards for audits
    • Ensure a clean and safe work environment while maximizing space utilization
    • Maintain inventory logs accurately
    • Identify and report any discrepancies
    • Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues effectively
    • Operate and proactively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
    • Adhere to quality service guidelines and follow established procedures and regulations

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience working in a warehouse setting
    • Proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems
    • Familiarity with current warehousing practices and techniques
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Capable of lifting heavy items
    • Ability to interpret blueprints accurately
    • Background in electrical work
    • High school diploma or equivalent
