Job summary
The Seasonal Maintenance Worker is a seasonal position responsible for cleaning and maintaining buildings parks equipment in order to ensure park standards are met. The role also involves providing excellent customer service by effectively communicating enforcing Park District rules regulations policies to park visitors.Responsibilities
- Clean parks of debris trash paint indoor outdoor facilities dig maintain garden sites prepare fields for soccer baseball other sports load unload equipment clean comfort stations keep tools equipment supplies good repair keep accurate records mileage equipment maintenance purchases etc assist set-up take-down special events maintain safe secure environment staff patrons participants supplying security community centers parks visible presence communicate enforce Park District rules policies participants patrons complete safety logs accident incident reports report issues supervisor close secure parks facilities closing time return all equipment proper place specified Park District wear PDOP staff shirt identification during all work hours follow enforce all PDOP policies procedures.
