    Description


    Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at our University Clinic location (Charlotte,NC),as we expand and hope to bring our high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to additional children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in both home and clinic settings.

    At Mosaic,

    BCBAs


    have an appropriate caseload that allows a focused approach to clinical oversight and supervision for the treatment of clients assigned to them.

    A


    BCBA


    is responsible for determining an appropriate treatment plan and monitoring the implementation of the determined treatment plan by the team of Behavior Technicians assigned to work with the client.


    Other duties and responsibilities include:
    Conducting parent training;
    Providing ongoing training to staff members;
    Creating clinical materials necessary for the client's treatment plan;
    Providing supervision to students accruing fieldwork hours in accordance with BACB guidelines; and
    Working collaboratively as a team in the service region to ensure the quality of service for all clients.
