- Responsible for the data entry of all inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, TR, School), including, making all necessary changes and cancellations.
- Makes an actual schedule for Speech Therapy, Psychology, and Audiology.
- Actual scheduling of inpatient therapies (PT, OT, TR).
- Schedules all Friday admissions for evaluations for Saturday and all Saturday admissions for Sunday.
- Responsible for data entry of Speech Therapy schedule.
- Schedules all inpatient Aquatic Therapies.
- Scheduling of all inpatient therapies (PT, OT, SLP, and TR).
- Responsible for data entry of all inpatient therapy (inclusive of above) appointments. High school graduate or GED. Some college preferred. High school diploma or GED. 2 years of experience as administrative assistant or scheduler within the medical, service or hospitality fields.
