    Minimum Requirements:
    High school diploma/GED
    4 years' experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
    Experience administering IT systems, particularly in Microsoft Windows/Active Directory/Exchange environment
    Solid problem-solving skills
    Technical and non-technical communication skills
    Ability to exercise judgment and discretion
    Ability to successfully manage several initiatives and projects
    Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


    Preferred Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
    Experience with reporting and auditing IT systems
    System Center Endpoint Manager or Intune Experience
    2 years' experience using PowerShell or equivalent scripting language
    Experience with Microsoft AVD, Citrix VDI, or equivalent virtual desktop platform
    Experience with Microsoft Desktop and/or Log Analytics
    Microsoft Graph automation experience
    Familiarity with PatchMyPC and AppDeploy Toolkit

    What will your day look like?

    As an Infrastructure & Ops Administrator, you will be responsible for application configuration, Virtual Desktop, and Endpoint Management, PowerShell Scripting, and Intune Policy Management.


    You will manage deployment of applications and engineer solutions in various platforms such as Citrix/Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune/Azure, and Legal specific applications.

    You will execute or coordinate sensitive administrative tasks that cannot be safely delegated to ensure the safe handling of sensitive confidential and/or priority information.

    You will document all designed and implemented solutions so that Help Desk and other support staff can support for first call resolution.

    You will steer requests to the appropriated teams when needed.

    Additionally, you will assist IT and business owners in troubleshooting issues related to the technologies you are responsible for. You will resolve technical trouble tickets escalated through the Firm's Help Desk.
