- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess resident needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs.
- Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and continuing education.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.
- Valid Wisconsin RN license.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in long-term care.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift: Overnight
Pay - 70k-77k
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00pm to 6:30am, with every other weekend rotation
Flexible Shifts: Candidates can opt for 4-day, 12-hour shifts
Differentials: PM or NOC differential $2, Weekend Differential $2
Position Overview:
The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities. This includes collaborating with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Medication Administration Aides (MAAs) to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
