Building Strong Communities
As the Plant Oiler, you will be responsible for assisting the Plant Operator with daily housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs on an asphalt plant, and you will be responsible for directing drivers as they deliver materials to the plant.
Performs daily maintenance and repairs for the plant as directed by the Plant Operator. Directs truck drivers delivering material to the plant. Responsible for daily housekeeping for the plant, Keeps equipment clean and prepares the plant for the move when needed. Willingness to travel throughout Central and Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and Eastern Dakotas. Regularly work extended | overtime hours outdoors and in various weather conditions at all project locations. Travel is required.
