We are seeking a highly professional and polished recruiter with extensive experience in corporate staffing programs and processes. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for technical maintenance roles and a demonstrated ability to apply consultative skills to engage with candidates effectively.
Key qualifications include:

• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to develop talent pipelines
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through diverse channels such as networking, social networking, internet mining, and university relations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Communications preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
