ServiceNow System Administrator

Duration: 1+ Year- Long Term

Rate: $45-55/hr on W2 or $55-65/hr on C2C

Location: San Bernardino, CA - On-Site role and can eventually go Hybrid schedule after the 1st 2 months. Hybrid schedule TBD / CAN BE REMOTE FOR A BEST CANDIDATE, PLEASE SUBMIT THE CANDIDATES SOON.

Skills and Qualifications

Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow administration, patching, cloning, security.

Strong technical skills, ability to scope, deploy, support and maintain enterprise applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.

Technical Writing

The ideal candidate would have experience working in a Government environment with an understanding of a Government s administrative processes.

The ideal candidate would have experience with ServiceNow s flow/workflow, ACLs, ITSM, ITBM, Appengine. Experience with other ServiceNow modules a plus.

Experience and Education:

Minimum of 5 years as System Administrator experience supporting an enterprise application with thousands of users.

Minimum of 2 years administering ServiceNow with admin level role.

Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed, post high-school coursework from an accredited university or technical school in Computer Information Systems, Business/Public Administration, or a closely related field.
