- Lead a team accountable for developing, executing, and supporting integration and test activities for Infrastructure Electrical subsystems, encompassing Commercial Power, Launch Execution Power and Missile Power at various levels.
- Serve as a cost account manager (CAM) overseeing earned value (EV) for an engineering team.
- Offer functional management for approximately 10 employees in the Ground Test Functional Homeroom.
- Assist product teams in supervising and conducting supplier testing and tests at external test house sites.
- Engage in technical planning, verification and validation, cost and risk analyses, along with supportability and effectiveness evaluations for systems and element capabilities.
- Assess and validate test requirements to ensure the thoroughness and adherence of the test program.
- Authenticate specifications and designs through testing, test data processing, and supporting modeling and simulation as well as performance analysis.
- Provide on-site and flight test support for subsystem requirement validation.
- Prepare technical reports and deliver test and analysis results.

- 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree; 4 years with a Masters
- US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) possessing the ability to acquire a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience on a project and/or achieving performance targets against schedules.
- A minimum of 2 years demonstrating expertise in test planning and execution.
- US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) holding the capability to acquire a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM with at least 6 years of related testing or systems engineering involvement.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cost Account Manager or managing EV for an engineering team.
- Previous familiarity with ICBM test methodologies.
- Expertise in AFI Test Directive.
- Proven capability working with interdisciplinary teams and clients.
- Background in Project Management, risk assessment, opportunities identification, and scheduling.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and Model Based Systems Engineering.
- Experience in hardware and software integration testing at segment or system levels.

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is in search of an Infrastructure Electrical Systems Test Manager 2. This role will be situated in Roy, Utah, supporting the Sentinel – Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program.

This role adheres to a standard 9/80 work schedule. The 9/80 arrangement enables employees working a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to enjoy every other Friday off.

The indicated salary range serves as a general guideline; nevertheless, Northrop Grumman considers various factors when determining base salary offers, such as position scope and responsibilities, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and prevailing market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus on top of their base salary. Annual bonuses are structured to acknowledge individual contributions and allow employees to share in company achievements. Vice Presidents or Directors may have access to Long-Term Incentive opportunities.
