- Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to relocate products or materials within a warehouse facility. Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area to meet requirements. Efficiently load and unload palletized and/or non-palletized products / materials in or out of designated trailers and/or route trucks to meet scheduled delivery time Ensure that products / materials are stacked, stored, and secured in compliance with regulatory/company policies and procedures
- Ensure proper dunnage is loaded on transport trailers to secure the load to prevent materials from tipping, falling, etc
- Move product and/or materials manually as required or directed by leadership
- Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
- Ensure proper rotation of product by BBE date codes
- Meet company standards for productivity
- Complete training requirement.
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- High School Diploma (or GED) required or Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required
- 1+ years of general warehouse experience required
- Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment
- Basic computer skills required; use of hand-held scanners / other technology
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
- Lift 50 pounds
