- Handle all aspects of corporate and construction litigation cases.
- Assist with entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, and financing.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- 3-5 years of experience Litigation Associate Attorney- (Must have)
- Admission to Pennsylvania Bar- (Must have)
- Extensive litigation experience- (Must have)
- Portable books of business a plus not required
- Preferred experience in construction litigation and construction law
- Strong legal research and writing skill.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
