Job summary
The Office of the Attorney General's (OAG) Child Support Division (CSD) is seeking an Assistant Attorney General II to represent the State of Texas in judicial and administrative family law proceedings. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling Family Law cases and be able to work cooperatively with others in a professional office environment.Responsibilities
- Represents the State of Texas at legal proceedings to locate, establish, enforce, modify, or terminate court orders for child support and medical support.
- Provides legal advice, consultation, and technical assistance to the Child Support Program.
- Develops and delivers training.
