    Opportunity:

    A leading healthcare system in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join its expanding outpatient GI division.

    This position offers a 100% outpatient schedule with no hospital call or ER responsibilities, providing an excellent work-life balance while maintaining strong procedural volume.

    You'll join a collegial and experienced team consisting of three hospital-based GI physicians, one outpatient physician, and one APRN, with a large and growing referral base ensuring immediate patient volume.

    Position Highlights:
    Schedule: 100% Outpatient – No hospital or ER call Facility: Open-access Ambulatory Surgery Center in the same building

    Procedural Support:
    All endoscopic procedures staffed by anesthesiologists or CRN

    As Team Structure:

    • 3 Hospital-Based GI Physicians
    • 1 Outpatient GI Physician
    • 1 APRN Referrals: Robust and consistent referral network with high patient demand ####

    Candidate Requirements:
    Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Eligible for or active Arkansas Medical License Strong focus on outpatient procedural and consultative care Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
