BHCOE benchmarking).About the OpportunityThe Facilities Coordinator will report directly to Mosaics Facilities Manager and have the responsibility for responding to maintenance tickets with urgency regarding the prioritization necessary of each.

This team member will continuously support clinic leaders and the Facilities Manager to schedule maintenance for items needed on-site and escalate higher-level instances as necessary.

Responsibilities Ability to review work orders in Mosaics facilities ticketing system, coordinate, and dispatch appropriate vendors as necessary to resolve issues and complete repairs.

Escalate business leader requests to Facilities Manager as necessary Establish strong relationships with clinic leadership and third-party vendors. Maintain high level of customer service to support Mosaics portfolio of clinics Strong attention to detail and time management skills to effectively prioritize your ever-changing work day Ability to work with and manipulate data from Mosaics systemsEducation, Experience and Skills Excellent organization, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skillsGood organization and time management skillsHigh School diploma or equivalentTicketing system experienceOrganization and communication skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products#J-18808-Ljbffr
