- Coordinate material and equipment orders, ensuring timely delivery and staging for daily project schedules
- Monitor material returns, facilitating returns to stock or vendors as necessary
- Collaborate with accounting, project management, and service teams to assign PO numbers and track material usage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, parts department, and surrounding areas
- Ensure company vehicles are properly stocked and maintained for projects and daily service needs
- Assist in receiving and handling equipment deliveries, supporting installers as required

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations by managing material and equipment logistics in our small warehouse for our residential and commercial projects. From coordinating deliveries to maintaining inventory accuracy, your contributions will be essential to our success.
