    Job Title: Technical Product Manager - Proactive Security Solutions

    Location: Minneapolis, Remote

    We are seeking a talented, motivated individual to join our fast growing team as a Technical Product Manager. As part of our product management team, you will drive integrations of our proactive security platform with third-party solutions, help develop competitive intelligence for our products, and help develop technical demos and collateral to help our GTM teams and key customers. You will work closely with our Sales and SE teams, and also with our customers to articulate the value of our solutions and gather feedback on their requirements. You will be the technical face of the product team interfacing with various GTM teams across the company.

    This is a hands-on role where you are deploying solutions in the lab, correlating and synthesizing information from multiple teams and departments in order to maximize efficiency and intelligent development processes for integrations. This is a senior role, and our ideal candidate has at least five years of solutions engineering or product management experience, including a proven ability to foster a collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Integration Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy for our proactive security platform, aligning with overall product and business goals.
    • Develop keen understanding of integration use cases by assessing customer needs and competitive offerings to prioritize potential integration opportunities and evaluate technology and industry partnerships.
    • Identify customer integration needs through workshops, focus groups, and research initiatives, sharing insights with key stakeholders
    • Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of integration plans.
    • Develop and maintain a roadmap for integration initiatives, communicating priorities, timelines, and milestones to internal teams and external partners.
    • Work with other product managers and engineering leaders to prioritize integration use cases in the overall roadmap of the platform.
    • Work with Tech Writers and ensure creation and maintenance of documentation for integrations, including technical specifications, API documentation, and user guides.
    Competitive and Customer Insights:
    • Evaluate key competitive offerings and develop a keen understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
    • Develop a lab to test our products alongside competitive offerings
    • Develop collateral identifying our strengths and weaknesses to help our GTM teams better navigate the competitive landscape
    • Work with Product Managers and Engineering to prioritize features to address competitive shortcomings
    Technical Collateral and Demos:
    • Partner with SE and other GTM teams to prioritize development product demos and technical collateral to help sales and customers better understand the value of our use cases
    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years experience in a product management, solutions engineering or similar role
    • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, ITSM, SIEM, threat detection, pentesting desirable.
    • Ability to work hands-on in the lab and collaborate with third party integrations to create document and market industry leading security solutions
    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a relevant technical field
    • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry standards.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Superb communication and organizational skills
    • AI experience or willingness to learn AI
