Job Summary

Responsibilities include helping execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules care plans completing activities of daily living ADLs providing personal companionship ongoing social emotional support assisting with personal care activities transportation administrative functions documentation of completion tasks report changes clients physical condition mental capability behavior
Qualifications at least year professional caregiver experience valid CNA HHA PCA NA certification proof drivers license vehicle insurance reliable vehicle open availability strongly preferred basic computer skills proof eligibility work US
