    As the Nashville Marketing Manager at Calvetti Ferguson, you'll play a vital role in developing and executing marketing activities that generate leads, elevate brand awareness, and position us as a leader in the industry and Southeast region.

    Campaign Execution Partner with the VP of Marketing to translate strategy into actionable campaigns.

    Manage all aspects of firm events (e.g., conferences, webinars, happy hours) using marketing automation tools (HubSpot and Salesforce) to ensure smooth execution and maximize impact.

    Oversee sponsorships, including communication with organization and stakeholders, registration of attendees, and ensuring all aspects of agreements are fulfilled.

    Content Creation Develop high-quality content (blog posts, brochures, case studies) that showcases our thought leadership and attracts new clients and referral sources using Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

    Collaborate on social media strategy and create engaging content for various platforms.
    Manage and update website content to ensure it's informative and reflects current offerings.

    Marketing Operations Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to create workflows, forms, landing pages, and lead nurturing campaigns to generate qualified leads.

    Leverage data and analytics (Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
    Assist with internal and external communications (newsletters, presentations) to keep stakeholders informed.

    Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    A self-starter who can work independently but thrives in a collaborative team environment.
    An excellent communicator with the ability to tailor messaging to audiences.
    Adept at learning new technologies and staying current with marketing trends.
    Willing to travel domestically and work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
