    Description

    ColumbiaDoctors, in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group, is looking for an experienced board-certified OB/GYN physician with an interest in OB/GYN hospitalist and leadership work to join our team as the Director of Labor & Delivery at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester in Bronxville, New York .

    Work collaboratively as part of the NYPW OB/GYN Division Senior leadership team with the NYPW OB/GYN Site Chief, General OB/GYN Division Chief, Division Administrator, & NYPH Leadership to move forward the mission of advancing women's health.

    Responsible for the leadership, successful operations, and quality of Labor and Delivery service
    Responsible for the administrative oversight of OB Hospitalist Program
    Work with OBGYN physicians and advanced practice providers to incorporate quality initiatives, evidence-based best practices, and clinical guidelines.

    NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester (formerly NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital), provides access to primary care physicians and specialists from ColumbiaDoctors, the faculty practiceColumbia University Irving Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester.

    Our 288-bed facility is home to a cancer center, maternity center, breast health center, two cardiac catheterization labs, and a NYS -designated Stroke Center.

    NYPW provides emergency care to approximately 35,000 individuals annually and delivers nearly 2,000 babies each year. There are 2 LD operating rooms, 6 LD recovery rooms and 2 operating rooms.

    This compensation range does not include our amazing benefits and any incentive payments, based on quality measures and productivity, that may be applicable to this role.

    The selected candidate will have an academic appointment at the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University, and be eligible for all of the Columbia University benefits available for the faculty appointment.
