- Perform repair, refurbishment, and troubleshooting activities for infusion pumps.
- Analyze customer returns to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
- Adhere to all quality procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards, including cGMP.
- Assist in training new employees on service processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) and management to address process or product non-conformities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to uphold safety standards.
- Occasionally travel to customer locations for onsite repair and support.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Experience in a high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in cGMP and product knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform manual tasks with precision.
- Demonstrated initiative and teamwork skills.
- Travel requirement typically less than 25% of the time.
- Job duties performed in a service repair hub environment.
