Administrative Screening Interviews are conducted through an online interview process, VidCruiter.
This virtual recruitment tool allows you to record your responses when it is convenient for you and from anywhere in the world, provided you have a computer and an internet connection.
The online application and video interview takes approximately 90 minutes to complete, which includes; a recorded video resume, recorded responses to ten questions asked and evaluated by members of the District's Leadership team, and a short written response.
Once your School Administrator Application Packet is received, a confirmation email will be sent with the link to complete the online video interview.
ALL applicants will be included in the Administrative Candidate Pool for three years.
As the possibilities of openings arise, candidates identified through the screening process will be offered an additional interview, either in-person or via Google Meet.
Once a candidate has been selected by the Superintendent, a recommendation to the Board of Education will be made.
All new hires require a cleared background check through the Utah State Board of Education.
Individuals may participate in the Administrative Screening Interview once every three years. After three years candidates must re-interview in order to be considered for an Administrative position.
