    Description

    We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead our multi-family housing projects in Middleton, WI. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take charge of complex construction sites and ensure timely delivery.

    About the Job

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, preferably with experience in multi-family construction, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and concrete work. A college education is highly valued, but not required.

    • Lead teams of construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects on schedule.
    • Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to meet client expectations.
    • Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to optimize efficiency and profitability.

    In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth.
