Our sales team is dedicated to inspiring those who walk in, inquire about our offerings, or show even the slightest interest in self-improvement.

    With a presence in over 1,500 locations across 20+ countries, Orangetheory Fitness is a leading global provider of heart rate-based interval training. Do you possess a positive attitude, are passionate, and have excellent communication skills? If yes, then we want to get to know more about you!

    What You'll Do as a Studio Sales Team Member at Orangetheory:

    • Welcome visitors with enthusiasm and provide them with necessary information
    • Introduce interested individuals to the OTF concept
    • Manage front desk responsibilities such as answering calls, assisting members, and various administrative tasks
    • Conduct tours of the studio for potential members
    • Work closely with the coaching team to help new members through their initial workout sessions
    • Promote memberships to contribute to the studio's success and meet personal sales targets
    • Follow up with leads and engage in outreach activities to drive studio growth
    • Handle member inquiries professionally and objectively
    • Take part in marketing initiatives and community outreach programs
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio

    Do You Have What It Takes?

    • 1-3 years of sales experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
    • Background in retail or fitness environments is a plus
    • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is desirable

    We are looking for bilingual English and Spanish speakers

    Position Details:

    This role offers both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling options.
